A quite tall slicing knife, with a proud fully tapered tang to tip construction. The tang is proud of the flame maple burl, and faceted to a mirror shine. Many brass pins hold the maple and black G10 liner. AEB-L Stainless steel, heavyweight grind. HEAVY, not for weak wrists.
