Inspired by the incomparable Jelle Hazenberg, this chef knife is made from Baker Forge Sunset Go-Mai, with a core steel of 80Crv2. The highly sculpted handle is made from stabilized mun ebony, with a blood red G10 Liner, with 6 hidden internal pins.
